By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

 

1. Product Descriptions

All products are handmade, meaning that each item is unique. Slight variations in color (color variations may occur depending on the settings of individual screens or devices), size, or design may occur. These are not considered defects but are part of the beauty of handmade products. Every effort is made to accurately represent our products.

 

1. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in USD and exclude taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders and refund any payments made.

 

1. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store any payment information on our servers. Upon placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us at elizabeth@fromjaipurwithloverugs.com to ensure your order was successfully processed.

 

1. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We aim to dispatch stock orders within 2-4 days (but this may vary depending on destination and courier services), with delivery times varying by location. Delays may occur during peak times or due to customs clearance or national holidays.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery to the country you are having your rug shipped to.

 

1. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, we only accept returns for defective products or if the wrong item was delivered. If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at elizabeth@fromjaipurwithloverugs.com, with photos (including original packing, labels and tags intact).

 

1. Bespoke Orders

Custom-made rugs are subject to full payment in advance and is non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering. Production time for bespoke orders is typically 70-75 days or 100-120 days depending on the rug type and size, this time period is calculated from the date of payment. Once the rug has been completed, it cannot be returned unless defective.

 

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom or made-to-order rugs.

 

1. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and images on this website and associated social media, are the property of FROM JAIPUR WITH LOVE RUGS LLC. Unauthorized use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

 

1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or from any products purchased from us.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.
