Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery to the country you are having your rug shipped to.

Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, we only accept returns for defective products or if the wrong item was delivered. If your
order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at elizabeth@fromjaipurwithloverugs.com, with photos (including original packing, labels and tags intact).
